Light therapy, considered
RED LIGHT VS. BLUE LIGHT THERAPY
Both red and blue light therapy use specific wavelengths of visible light, but they are used for different wellness and skincare goals.
Best for: Glow • Recovery • Skin Support
RED LIGHT THERAPY
Red and near-infrared wavelengths reach more deeply into the skin than blue light. Red light does not use UV radiation and does not tan the skin.
People commonly use red light therapy to support
- Healthy-looking skin
- A smoother, more radiant complexion
- Post-workout recovery
- Muscle comfort
- General wellness and relaxation
Choose red light for glow, recovery, skin appearance and overall wellness.
BOOK RED LIGHTBest for: Clarify • Refresh • Skin-Focused Care
BLUE LIGHT THERAPY
Blue light uses shorter visible wavelengths and works closer to the surface of the skin. It is also not UV tanning.
Blue light is commonly used in skincare routines for
- Blemish-prone skin
- Clearer-looking skin
- A refreshed-looking complexion
- Targeted skin-focused sessions
Choose blue light for clearer-looking, refreshed skin.
